Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Service and eligibility
By using Attune, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18, have reached the local age of majority and be able to enter this agreement. Attune provides discovery, conversations, relationship interactions and group chats with fictional AI characters.
2. AI characters and limitations
AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or upsetting. Likes, proposals and partner states are fictional in-product interactions, not real-world emotional commitments or legal relationships. The service does not provide medical care, therapy, legal advice or emergency assistance. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
3. Account responsibilities
Protect your account and credentials and provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts or access another user’s data without authorization. If you suspect compromise, stop affected use and secure your credentials.
4. Content and permission
You retain rights in content you submit and grant the operator a non-exclusive permission necessary to store, process and display it and generate requested replies. This does not transfer ownership. You must have the necessary rights to submit content. AI output may resemble output received by others; its legal protection depends on applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, threats, fraud, or violations of privacy or intellectual property. Do not submit child sexual exploitation material or create non-consensual intimate content. Do not attack the service, bypass access restrictions or conduct abusive scraping. Access may be restricted for violations.
6. Privacy and groups
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Group messages become group context and may inform replies from multiple characters. Do not share information you do not want used in that context. Ending a relationship or leaving a conversation does not delete historical data.
7. Charges and cancellation
Paid features must disclose prices, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation methods before purchase. Charges must be disclosed and authorized. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer law. These terms alone do not enroll you in a paid service.
8. Availability, changes and termination
Maintenance, failures or model-provider changes may interrupt service, and character behavior or features may change. Continuous availability and particular interaction outcomes are not guaranteed. You may stop using the service. Unlawful use, abuse or security risks may lead to restrictions or termination. Material changes should be notified in advance, with renewed consent where required.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Exercise judgment before relying on generated content. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not invent a governing jurisdiction, arbitration arrangement or operator identity.
10. Contact and version status
For service questions, account issues, complaints or privacy requests, contact us using the email below. Operator identity and address details remain to be provided. These terms cover the local test version.
